Brinker case decision appears to have been delayed until April
12, 2012 (see “Yet Another Update of
the Brinker Case” on page 2 of this bulletin); given
that the Brinker case may not be decided by the presentation
date (March 13, 2012), this presentation will now focus on
workforce problem prevention strategies that every employer
needs to know.
